- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 cup Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce or Crystal® Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
- 6 large burrito-size flour tortillas
- 3 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 0.5 cups Tillamook Farmstyle Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 0.5 cups sliced fresh tomatoes
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 0.33 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 0.5 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season them generously with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, ensuring each piece is lightly coated.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the oven, and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Shred the chicken using two forks or a stand mixer.
- Combine the shredded chicken with the hot sauce and melted butter.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 15 seconds per side.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add about 0.5 cup buffalo chicken in the center.
- Top with 0.5 cup shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, a few tomato slices, green onions, and cilantro.
- Drizzle 1 to 2 tbsp ranch dressing over the filling.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a secure wrap.
- Serve immediately or slice in half to enjoy.
