- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup diced bread (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and half of the shredded cheese.
- If using, add the diced bread and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
