Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the remaining melted butter into a baking dish.
- Spoon the biscuit dough into the dish over the melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter biscuit, add more sugar to the dough.
- These biscuits are best served fresh out of the oven.
- Can be paired with jam or honey for added flavor.
