Description
A delectable treat combining creamy white chocolate and juicy blueberries, perfect for sharing or savoring on your own.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth—this should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Flavor: Once melted and smooth, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in Blueberries: Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Prepare to Set: Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish, using the spatula to smooth the surface.
- Chill and Firm: Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Slice and Serve: Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper edges and cut into squares.
Notes
For best results, allow the fudge to chill for the full time. It develops deeper flavors when made a day ahead.
