Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the muffin tin with liners or grease.
  2. Combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together the butter and sugar in another bowl until creamy, then add the eggs and sour cream, mixing until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
