- 2 cups pretzel crust
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup sugar (for blackberry topping)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 packet of gelatin (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pretzel crust by crushing pretzels into coarse pieces and combining with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer by blending cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust.
- Prepare the blackberry topping by mixing blackberries, 1/4 cup sugar, and lemon juice. Fold in gelatin if using.
- Layer the blackberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

This dessert can be made a day in advance for even better flavor. Ensure the crust is completely cooled before adding the cream cheese layer.
