Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the pork in a roasting pan and cover it with BBQ sauce.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and cook in the oven for 4-5 hours until the pork is tender.
  5. Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
  6. In a bowl, serve a portion of rice topped with the pulled pork.
  7. Add coleslaw, pickled jalapeños, and green onions on top.
  8. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños.
