  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the shrimp until they are pink and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
