- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Roll the coated chicken in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing crispy chicken on slider buns and drizzling with Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can fry the chicken instead of baking.
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha.
- These sliders can be served with a side of coleslaw or fries.
