Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Roll the coated chicken in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing crispy chicken on slider buns and drizzling with Bang Bang sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
