- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your donut pan.
- Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Frost the cooled donuts with the cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Warm frozen donuts in the microwave for a quick treat.
