  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease the muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and ground cloves in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the milk, honey, and vanilla to the creamed mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts, pistachios, and almonds gently.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
