Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease the muffin tin.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and ground cloves in a medium bowl.
- Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the milk, honey, and vanilla to the creamed mixture, stirring to combine.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts, pistachios, and almonds gently.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
