Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add diced bell pepper and onion to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Place the shrimp in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Spoon the stuffing mixture over the shrimp evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
