- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced bell pepper and onion to the mixture and stir well.
- Place the shrimp in a greased casserole dish.
- Spoon the stuffing mixture over the shrimp evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
