Description

- 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup cranberry jam
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the puff pastry.
- Spread the cranberry jam over the top of the Brie.
- If using, sprinkle the chopped walnuts and rosemary on top of the jam.
- Fold the puff pastry over the Brie, sealing it completely.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh fruit.
- For a sweeter version, add a drizzle of honey on top before serving.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
