- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

- 1/4 cup oats (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese, fresh blueberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Stir gently to protect the blueberries.
- If using, stir in the oats and cinnamon.
- Transfer the mixture into baking bowls or a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Prepare the mixture the night before and refrigerate. An air fryer can also be used for a quicker option, baking at the same temperature for 10-15 minutes.
