Instructions

- Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
- If using, stuff each date with a small amount of goat cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed date with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
