Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and jalapeños until well combined.
- Place an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface and add a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
