Instructions
- Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the blanched asparagus to the salad mixture and drizzle with the dressing.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
