  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large bowl of warm water.
  2. Soak one rice paper wrapper in the warm water for about 10-15 seconds until it softens.
  3. Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface.
  4. Place a few shrimp, lettuce, carrots, and cilantro in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
