- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Prepare a large bowl of warm water.
- Soak one rice paper wrapper in the warm water for about 10-15 seconds until it softens.
- Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place a few shrimp, lettuce, carrots, and cilantro in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure the shrimp are fully cooked before using.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or herbs as desired.
