Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  5. Evenly distribute the mozzarella, goat cheese, and gorgonzola over the dough.
  6. Arrange the prosciutto slices and peach slices on top of the cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
